Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing modality that provides stress relief and directs life force energy to the body, allowing it to focus on the areas that need healing and rejuvenation.

When you arrive, you’ll lay face up on the reiki bed, fully clothed, and will be provided with a blanket, a pillow, and an eye mask. You’ll want to wear comfortable clothes and socks. Try not to eat a heavy meal right before.

During your session, I will be holding my hands just above your face and body. There will be times where I may cradle your neck, your head, shoulders, elbows, knees, and feet as well. Reiki is not massage, so it can be used with touch or without. Whatever preference you have will not change its effectiveness. Most people experience relaxation, stress relief, and a feeling of balance following their session.
